For any privacy-related query you can reach us at info@reliait.net.
2. Data we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your enquiry and to provide our services:
- Enquiry form data: full name, organisation, email address, phone number and the free-text message you submit through the contact form. This data is transmitted to our email-delivery partner EmailJS and to the inboxes we operate.
- WhatsApp enquiry data: if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button, your WhatsApp display name, phone number and the message content are visible to us through the WhatsApp platform, which is operated by Meta.
- Usage analytics: pseudonymous browsing data collected by Google Analytics 4 (GA4) including pages visited, time on page, referring URL, device type, approximate geolocation (city-level), operating system, browser type and language. GA4 sets cookies on your device — see our Cookie Policy.
- Local storage and session storage: technical identifiers and marketing-widget state (for example, visitor-ticker counters and "sold today" seeds described in the Disclaimer). No personally identifiable information is stored in browser storage.
- Server logs: standard web-server access logs (IP address, user-agent, request URL, response code, timestamp) retained for security and debugging purposes.
We do not knowingly collect any special category personal data (health, biometric, religious belief, sexual orientation, political opinion). You should not submit such data through the Website.
